How to Return an Item

Our team reviews your request and sends you return approval and instructions within 1 business day.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely and ship it back. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.

Receive Refund

After we inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 5โ€“7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)

Exchanges

Exchanges are available upon request. If the replacement item has a different price, you will pay or be refunded the difference.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we cover the full return shipping cost and provide a free replacement or full refund.
